| Night Before French Toast
1 loaf French bread, cut into 3/4 inch slices 4 tablespoons of butter 2/3 cup of brown sugar 4 eggs, beaten 2 cups of milk 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon |

The night before serving, melt the butter and brown sugar in a small pan, stirring. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Lay bread slices on top of brown sugar mix. Combine eggs with milk and cinnamon. Pour over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning preheat oven to 350ºF. and uncover baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with syrup, honey or chopped blueberries mixed with 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Serves 4 - 6
