| Sausage Wedges
1/2 pound of bulk pork sausage 1 cup (4 ounces) of shredded cheddar cheese or American 2 tablespoons of diced onion 3/4 cup of milk 4 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon of dried parsley 2 tablespoons of butter

Crumble the sausage in a 9 inch pie plate. Cover with paper towel and microwave for 3 -4 minutes on HIGH. Drain off fat, sprinkle cheese over sausage, stir in onion. In a medium bowl combine milk and eggs, add parsley and butter. Pour over sausage, cover with plastic wrap and microwave 4 minutes on HIGH. Stir, cover and microwave for 6 - 8 minutes on MEDIUM (50percent) Let stand, covered for 5 minutes.
