| Smoked Nachos
one 9 ounce pkg. of tortilla chips 3 cups of (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar-Jack- American cheese blend 1/2 cup of sliced fresh or canned jalapeno peppers
Spread chips in a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9 inch pan; sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos. Place pan on food rack, and grill, covered with grill lid, over low heat (less than 300ºF. ) for 15 to 20 minutes. |
