Brown meat and onion in a small amount of fat in skillet, add all remaining ingredients except batter. Simmer for 20 minutes. Turn into large greased casserole, top with corn bread batter. Bake at 425ºF. for 25 - 30 minutes or until cornbread is browned. 6 servings |
