| | Salmon Casserole 2
1 cup of chopped celery 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1/3 cup of chopped onion 1 cup of sliced canned mushrooms 2 tablespoons of butter 2 cups of flaked salmon 1 1/4 cup of canned whole kernel corn 2 1/2 cup of white sauce 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder a dash of pepper 6 - 8 unbaked biscuits
Fry celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add salmon and corn. Combine the white sauce, curry powder and pepper. Add to salmon mixture, turn into 2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits over salmon mixture. Bake at 425ºF. for 25-30 minutes. 6 servings |
