| Raisin Treasure Cookies
1 stick of butter 2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 cup of raw sugar 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind 1 cup of chopped pecans 1 1/2 cup of raisins 2 eggs, beaten 5 tablespoons of milk |

Cream butter. Stir flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder together. Blend butter and dry ingredients until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. about 15 minutes. |
