| Cranberry Orange Relish
4 cups of cranberries, 1 pound 2 oranges, quartered, seeds removed 2 cups of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of allspice |

Coarsely chop cranberries and oranges, including rind, in a blender or food processor. Stir in sugar and allspice and chill. This is great with all meats and can keep for weeks in the fridge. Makes 2 pints
