1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
a few grains of cayenne
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of chilled evaporated milk
1 cup of chilled olive oil or vegetable oil |

Beat the first 7 ingredinets until well blended. Add 1/3 cup oil an dbeat. Add remaining oil and beat again. Makes 1 1/2 cups
