| Peachy Barbecued Pork Spareribs
3 pounds of pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces 1 teaspoon of salt one 27-29 ounce can of peach halves, drained syrup from peaches 1 cup of catsup 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons of prepared mustard 2 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of salt |

Arrange spareribs meaty side up in shallow pan; sprinkle with salt. Combine all remaining ingredients except peach halves; heat to boiling. Pour sauce over ribs; bake in preheated 375ºF. over for 1 hour 30 minutes or until fork tender, turning once. Arrange peach halves around ribs; bake for 5 minutes longer, basting with sauce. Serves 4-6.
