| Cream of Corn Soup 2
5 cups of fresh corn, cut from the cob 1/2 cup of celery, chopped very fine 1 cup of water 3 cups of milk 3 tablespoons of butter salt and pepper to taste |

Blend the corn and celery in blender until smooth. Cook in water until the mixture is creamy. Add all other ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with seasoned croutons.
