Cream of Corn Soup 2

5 cups of fresh corn, cut from the cob
1/2 cup of celery, chopped very fine
1 cup of water
3 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of butter
salt and pepper to taste


Blend the corn and celery in blender until smooth. Cook in water until the mixture is creamy. Add all other ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with seasoned croutons.
