1 pound of mushrooms 2 tablespoons of water 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of vinegar pepper to taste 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Wash and cut mushrooms in large pieces. Heat water and oil in frying pan. Add garlic, vinegar, pepper and thyme. Stir well and cook slowly about 15 minutes. Serves 4
